The lobster linguini was hot and tasty, but I had to pick out a lot of ground black pepper chunks because they burn my mouth.

Didn't know I was ordering sushi.... Raw salmon dinner missing salmon dinner and Bruschetta got tossed in the trash. ( please note I have never reviewed ever. Not cheap and definitely not good!)

Risotto
Rice sautéed in butter, cooked and stirred as stock is slowly added in portions. As each addition of stock is absorbed, another is added until the rice is creamy and tender. Then vegetables, herbs, cheeses and wine are added.
