Loved the way the packages were sealed shut. Wish every establishment did the same.
Fried chicken as hot and delicious and the tales were excellent.

I had ordered the Menudo with hominy. When it was delivered to me,it didn't come with the hominy.I called and spoke with a gentleman , and he stated that he forgot to mention it to the DoorDasher that they were out of hominy. I know, I would've asked for something else. The tripe was gelatinous, and they weren't bite-size pieces. The guy didn't offer a discount or say that I could get a free item if I ever ordered it again or go in person. DON'T EVER BUY THE MENUDO from Vallarta. I still have it in the refrigerator. I have to give it to my cats or throw it away. what a waste of money. My phone camera doesn't work, therefore, I cannot provide a picture. The pumpkin empanadas weren't all that good either. I bought some last year and they were really sweet and good.

chicken tamales did not taste the same as last time, These chicken tamales have a bad taste, Like if the dough was bad, also one of the Chilli cheese tamales did not have any cheese, The previous time tamales were perfect,

I ordered the carnitas plate, it was good but carnitas was plain but I'd still ate it. The wings were really good. Always been my favorite. But I wished the packaging was better then a bag.

8/18/25- Requested utensils and did not have any in bag. The lemon wedges provided were bad and brown. And the potato salad had a lot of jalepenos in it??Chicken was burnt and small. The side of rice and beans were small. This picnic #1 was very misleading and not worth $25 at all. I would not recommend this purchase to others, especially in this economy. Smfh. This is not the first time I've encountered issues here either, bummer this is at least the second time. Save your money, cook at home or try another Mexican food place in town, learn from my mistakes.
