The Valle Burger has a lot of flavor and well prepared. The bacon was crispy (which I love). The food always is good and fresh!

Disappointed... again.. no consistency and that is a big NO NO in the restaurant business. Took a chance on the Fried Deviled Eggs, looked for the Battered Baja Fish Tacos (3) in the middle of all that batter and found a few House Made Fries that were hiding at the bottom not burnt. Free tip- change your oil and lightly batter those fish tacos and get some more fish in the middle as the fish did look good but was maybe one tablespoon of fish in that batter!

$44 for 4 pieces of burnt chicken and undercooked vegetables. The mashed potatoes were over salted and thats saying something for someone from the south. Wont be eating here again.

Grilled salmon was cooked really well and the dill sauce is delicious. The sides (au gratin potatoes, colorful carrot medley, and string beans) were cooked to perfection and also tasted amazing.

I highly recommend the Pork Belly Tacos. One of the best dishes I've had at this hotel...and I've had most of them. The pork is tender and fried just right, the slaw adds just the right amount of texture, and the sauce reminds me of Tzatziki with the right amount of blue cheese tang.
