Large portion it was delicious. There's so much fruit in here oh my God the white stuff I'm not sure what fruit that is is like a custard something it's delicious. I want this all over again even though I'm not finished. I couldn't finish it. It's a second serving maybe third Drink was also nice but if you want more smoothie, do not ask for fruit inside the cup it does not come through the straw.
