Normally my pizza is great but this time the artichokes on my pizza were pithy and inedible and the Diet Coke was light brown soda water that I immediately threw in the trash. I normally don't have any complaints from this restaurant so this was disappointing.

I have passed venture pizza for a while now and it always seemed like it was not busy and they are in a great location so I decided to try. I ordered pizza and wings. The wings were pretty good but the pizza was not good. I'm very disappointed actually.

First things first...Venture makes delicious pizza and wings, most of the time. They can be inconsistent, depending on whose working or how busy they are...my last interaction(Dec 23rd 2022) with them involved me ordering online, via their website, for a pickup. But when we get to the store, there's a note on the door, stating that they will be closed until the first of the year. Once they opened back up, we went in and showed that we had been charged for food but didn't get it. They didn't offer to give it to us there, but did offer to give a refund, which we never got. Before this incident, we were almost every Friday patrons. After this happened, I didn't fight with them about the refund, I just decided not to go back. Take your chances with them, when it's good, it's good. But when it's bad, you might pay for food you will never receive.
