The Tortellini in Brodo I ordered last night was so SALTY, also the brodo tasted like the entire brodo cube was put in hot water just for my serving. For $30 guys you need a new chef that needs to know how to make a proper brodo.. It's my favorite pasta dish and I have been ordering from you guys for years, very disappointing to say the least.

It's not clams. It's a cheap odd little shellfish that you rarely see, even in italy. It's barely the size of a fingernail. Most of the shells didn't open. Not that it matters. It's not a clam. The sauce was supposed to be oil, garlic and herbs. It was a congealed sauce, meaning it was chicken broth. No flavors, no herbs, no cheese. Worst Italian food in South Beach.

Vongole means clams. That dish doesn't have clams. It's a tiny cheap shellfish--not a clam-- found in Italy but it's tinier than my pinky nail and not good at all. Half of the shells didn't open, some of the shells didn't have anything in them. The white sauce, which is supposed to be oil and garlic, was congealed because in all liklihood it was chicken broth. There was no other flavor. No garlic, no parsley, no cherry tomatoes. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because it came on time.
