It starts with the vidrine's famous steak brand and patented seasoning marinade, known for unrivaled flavor, juiciness, and tenderness, all of our steaks are cut in house and then marinated in our patented special blend of spices. We do cut and grade our steaks in house and they are never frozen. We do cook it with the fat trim still on each steak to maintain all of its flavor.
