I love this restaurant. Delivery is well packaged, except the Fresh Organic Ginger & Lo-Han-Quo spilled both times I ordered it. First time ordering 14. Ginger Fish Noodle Soup which was great. Nice fresh herbs and their great noodles. 26. Jicama Organic Mary's Chicken Meat Ball Noodle is my favorite dish, always excellent.

Viet's pho ga has the very best broth I've tasted. (Luckily they will sell you just the broth) Add in the organic chicken and the fresh rice noodles and it's always a winner.

I've been going to Viet Noodle Bar Atwater practically since it opened. The food has consistently been of the highest quality for that entire time, as has the friendly and efficient service. The Jicama Organic Mary's Chicken Meatball Noodle is superb, not quite like anything I've had anywhere else, great consistency and perfectly seasoned. I'd have no problem eating it once a week for the rest of my life. Fortunately other dishes, like the Sesame Beef Noodle, the Spicy Sardine and Organic Chicken Sandwiches, the Vegan Salad, and the Jicama Fresh Rolls are also excellent so there's no danger of falling into a rut. I'm not a fan of jackfruit so I steer clear of the Jackfruit Mix, but my wife loves it.
