The Viking Eatery & CoffeeBar serves a variety of comfort food and snacks. Located on the Big Bend Community College to serve not only students and faculty but the surrounding community and public.
The food is great and the coffee is even better. The Biscuits and White Sausage Gravy are so good! So much gravy. The bacon was perfectly crispy! The Yogurt Parfait Large is really fresh and yummy too. I love that the coffee comes with the protector sticker but it's also easy to peel off without residue on the cup. It's all excellent.

They were out of the large salad I ordered, but they handled it perfectly by calling me right away and providing two medium salads at no extra charge. Everything was fresh and delicious. The brownie stood out—rich, indulgent, and so satisfying that a few bites were enough. It was wonderful to enjoy and even better to share. Will order again.

The Chicken & Fries had great flavor. The Lotus drink was interesting. It would have been nice if there were descriptions of what each food item had in/on/with it. Will definitely order from them again.

My first time eating here and the cheeseburger wa delicious. I asked for another patty to make a double and they happily added one :).
