The QUESA-BIRRIA is amazing, loaded with juicy lamb and melty cheese. These are even better if you throw them in the air fryer for a few minutes to get them nice and bubbly again. The Cebolla Cambray (Fried Spring Onions) and Queso Frito (3) were excellent accompaniments, the onions were so sweet. The portion size was very generous (4 tacos) and the prices were a bargain for top quality food.

beans are bland and watery, rice was basic, steak was abundant I love the flavor but chewy and very fatty, Flour tortillas would be better and the onions and and peppers was on point, yummy! Unfortunately, it's a waste of my hard earned money won't order from the restaurant again.

The whole thing was so delicious and enough to feed two. The Tampiqueña came with 3 big pieces of steak, a huge chili relleño, rice and beans, salad, corn tortillas, and a big cup of extremely fresh and very tasty guac. Even the beans are amazing, so creamy and flavorful. I've ordered from here a few times and it's always consistently great.

I had recently ordered the aguachiles last week, they had met my expectations- even though i thought the portion size was too small for 18$. None the less I ordered again and to my surprise it came in a completely different container that was much larger portioned than last time (also had forgotten my tostadas on the side)
Upon taking the first bite I was absolutely appalled by the aguachiles it tasted like straight green salt water NOTHING like the previous batch I had gotten, the shrimps weren't even butterflied and resulted in the shrimp not being marinated enough and still raw and grey in the middle.
The consistency in this restaurants portions and tastes are something that needs to be worked on. I ended up throwing the aguachiles away this time.

The Coro-nachos was decent with a sizable portion. Needed more pico de gallo though. I also wish it came with red and green got sauce though. That should be standard for Mexican restaurants.
The orden the chips (chips & salsa) was...unexpected. Chips were good, albeit a bit thick for my liking. But the salsa was in a tiny cup that was not proportional to the amount of chips at all. And it was strangely sweet. I thought it would've been like the pico de gallo since they used the same description for both. That was my mistake. Regardless, the salsa was not good overall.
Not sure what they meant by stuffed churros. They were stuffed with batter, sure. I ordered the same churros yesterday and they came with a heaping amount of ice cream and a small side of chocolate sauce. This time, it was maybe 3 tablespoons of ice cream and no chocolate sauce.
Overall, would maybe order again for the coro-nachos if they consistently offer red & green hot sauce with it. And add an option for extra pico de gallo.
