While the food is pretty good, this is the second time we've placed an order for pickup only to arrive and have them not even start the order until we got there. We live a block away and waited for 25 minutes to walk over (when the app said it would be ready), only to wait another 20 minutes to pick up. They did not put the pepper jack I requested (and paid more for) on my burger. We were trying to use some door dash credits up so while we typically order direct we don't feel like we should be penalized for ordering not on their website by extreme delays. This is not the first time this has happened - otherwise, I would call it a one off.
