Looks delicious.. was delicious.. my son loved the Funny Face.. ...Cinnamon Roll Pancakes were great as well

The strawberries inside the crepes were brown and had gone bad. There was also very little filling inside of the crepes. Ultimately ended up throwing the crepes away as the Strawberry Crêpes were inedible.

the potatoes in the Ultimate Skillet were disgusting. I get this item just about everytime I order and this was the first time I received them like this. Dark red greasy potatoes that literally taste like dirt and drywall dust.

Dark brown, greasy, way-overcooked potatoes were obviously put down in the fryer a second, and possibly a third time, before being added to my meal. Garden Veggie Omelette was okay. Toast was toasted properly. Delivery driver informed me the restaurant was out of To Go Silverware and I would not be receiving utensils to eat my lunch at work.

The hashbrown were horrily burnt. There is also no place on the app to add a side of gravy or anything, and when I asked for one when I picked up my food, the guy made me stand there for 3+ extra minutes while he found the button on the computer just for me to pay $1 with my card. I am absolutely willing to pay for the side, but a heads up would've been nice. Or let customers add that to their order ahead of time.
