I order a lot, probably the dasher but it's always melted. It always seems to be the dasher waiting at the store and it taking an hour instead of the listed time. Strawberries are also often not fresh. I always order extra granola which is a charge. I either don't receive it, receive a tiny portion or an excessively large amount. Very inconsistent.

Great that today they gave me a larger bowl because I added 4 extra toppings instead of cramming it into my medium bowl... if I'm paying $6 extra I expect to get a bigger bowl . Thank y'all!
