Melissa who makes my tropical bowls is absolutely amazing! She makes every bowl perfectly but is also so sweet and kind. She knows of my medical problems but doesn't treat me differently she's just wonderful and I always know my bowls have all the nutrients and vitamins I need but taste incredible. She's such a gift to my life which sounds silly but when it's all you can eat, it becomes so important and she's just someone I'm so grateful for and for vitality bowls, they've kept me well these last few years and I'm grateful. Thanks to Vitality Bowls and thanks Melissa for making my bowls so delicious!!!!

The Tropical Bowl isn't too sweet and is so flavorful! Most importantly, Melissa, who is the best, makes them PERFECTLY! She's so kind and such a hard worker. I'm lucky to have her as these bowls are what sustain me for a few days after med treatments. I feel lucky to be a patron!!!

I have been a loyal customer of VB's since they opened and they've undergone changes which I was worried about but have to say Melissa has made my experience coming back on the regular (like anytime I have a treatment it's all I can eat for 2 weeks straight)! She makes sure that my bowls are a good value, they're full to the top and have been made PERFECTLY! I get the right amount of everything I like and everything my body needs. I am a proud loyalist and will continue spending my very last dime on the Tropical Bowl with spinach, granola and bee pollen, it's absolutely delicious and all ingredients have been fresh!!! Thank you to Melissa and the new owner and her son who have also been great to me. <3

I can't say enough about amazing Vitality Bowls is and the people who help keep me as healthy as possible. I get medical treatments done and really can't stomach much but VB is the only thing that sounds good and I freeze my large bowls and can get 3, sometimes 4 meals out of my Tropical Bowl with spinach and vitamin mix ins. I can't tell you how wonderful Melissa, Lindey and Aiden are. They're so kind and have always been so kind and receptive if something hasn't gone right (2 times out of HUNDREDS). Aiden is also the type of employee I'd want as well. These bowls are delicious and literally keep me well. I'm more than grateful for them and for VB's. I will be a lifelong customer and am always so thankful to have something I can eat! Love you guys and thank you from the bottom of my heart, truly!!!!
