Vui's is always excellent and travels really well for delivery. The tofu noodle bowl and buns are a favorite - they are very flavorful, fresh, and vegan friendly. The other noodle bowls and dumplings are excellent as well.

I’ve loved Vuis for years! A bit pricey compared to other Nashville competitors but Vuis does have the most delicious broth and always have fresh ingredients! However, their meat portions have significantly gotten smaller and smaller to the point I can no longer spend money with them due to feeling disappointed once I receive my food.

2 Summer Rolls were small and split apart, Noodle Bowl w/ Mushroom was tasty but limited vegetables, especially for the cost. -QT BROTH-BONE DL was average. Steamed Chicken Dumplings were awful, basically an unseasoned chicken paste in a tough wonton. Overall, very disappointing and overpriced. I won't be a repeat customer. There are other, really good, Vietnamese options available.

The Broth was amazing. I wasn't feeling great, but that made me feel much better. The Summer Rolls were so fresh and so good and to finish it with the Thai Noodle Side was flavorful. This was the meal I needed on a rainy day. Vui's has wonderful food and will be ordering this again and try more things on the menu.

I travel a lot for work and I always order a vermicelli noodle bowl and summer rolls at least once in every city I visit.
This was THE BEST I have had. Great proportion of noodles to meat to veggies to sauce. The sauces were delicious, the veggies were fresh, the Noodle Bowl w/ Beef I highly recommend!
