WA is, by far, the freshest fish and perfect cuts in all of Central Florida. Don't have it delivered go to the restaurant. The specials can range from curry wago, tuna inner cheek, beef stew, and cervachi. Yes it cost more but

As someone who grew up catching my own fish and eating it fresh out of the water, this tiny Gem never disappoints!
The sushi always looks and tastes fresh, the portions are plentiful. This is my GO TO for Sushi and will absolutely be ordering again in the near future. :)

We've read great reviews about Wa Sushi, so we gave it a shot since our regular and reliable sushi restaurant (Kiko) is closed on Tuesday.
We found the quality of our order to be fine, but the quantity to be very lacking. The size of the miso soup bowl was a joke. It was more like a side bowl for sauce. Sorta sad.
The gyoza came with only 4 which were small, and the container of sauce could not have contained more than a tablespoon, amd no, it had not leaked out. We typically get 5 to 6 gyoza at other restaurants. Sorta sad again.
Our CA roll was basic as expected, nothing extra. For the price and quantity, we won't be ordering from here again.

Taste was good but it was missing the S-KRAB STICK and the TAKO KARAAGE amount is very small for the price. I would not order it again. It's very annoying having missing items, the store needs to pay more attention to the orders.

Best sushi in town. Great wait staff and experienced sushi chefs. Eat-in or take out always a great experience. ~D
