Food is good. We like the fusion style for their special rolls and appetizers.
But the restaurant definitely overpacked. We don't need fancy boxes - it's completely unnecessary and wasteful. I would recommend that the restaurant tone down on the packaging and use simple bio-degradable boxes.

The four stars is because they dress this food up like it's a gift which is unique and I like it but it's almost making too much of a deal about it when it doesn't deliver. The gold flakes on an an unmemorable chocolate chip cookie make my point exactly. Better sushi at Sugarfish but top of the line when it comes to what you can find on DoorDash! Delicious!

"An An Hour Later" wasnt included in our order at all. In addition, the prices at this place are so high that we only want to order it when we are trying to impress guests with the packaging. It really isn't worth the cost without those little magnetic pale pink and gold foil boxes with the sashimi wrapped up like little roses . I keep those and give them as gifts to people who live in LA.

Felt too expensive for the taste. Fish didn't meet my quality expectations. Packaging is over the top and wasteful feeling. Sugarfish has great to go packaging, this somehow used more materials for a worse experience. Won't be ordering again.

Wabi was my go to sushi to go place but this time has me questioning if I'll continue to order from here. They had great packaging in the past. My order arrived tightly packed into a small package. My sushi rolls would unwrap while trying to pick them up because the rice was sticking to the next roll. This will probably be last time I order delivery
