There aren't enough nice words in the world for me to even come close to describing the waffle bus. The owners are lovely, their staff are great, and the food is just unreal. The smoothies, coffee and iced teas are excellent as well. I have never once been disappointed by a meal from here, and where else can you get eggplant on your sandwich?? My only, and I truly mean only, gripe is not being able to add tomato and eggplant on doordash. I get just as excited about eating Waffle Bus now as I did the first time I tried it in 2015.

Always delicious!! The eggs benny is always amazing, the sauce is nice and creamy, and the waffles are always amazing!!
