Don't get me wrong...I love Wake Up Call. But ordering through Door Dash is always such a mess. It is more often then not that something is wrong or not included. Today, I ordered a Madhatter with cream and whip, which it even says on the cup....soooo why is it missing both? The drink is still good, but NOT how I ordered it, so that is pretty frustrating.
Also, the bagels are trash. They used to be pretty good, but now they are small and weird and not freshly made from a local bakery. I've tried them a few different times hoping the "bad" ones were a fluke, but it's obvious that is not the case.

Do not order Traditional Oatmeal: aparently they dont carry it and they just add choco chip oat bar that dont taste that good and still charge $6 for it!! I asked my dasher if they could make sure they include the oatmeal. They were very rude to the driver saying they dont have oats.

If you are ordering JUST drinks, you'll likely enjoy your order. But if you're ordering food don't be surprised if it comes looking like this. I stopped ordering breakfast sandwiches from Wake Up Call awhile ago, because they just had not been great quality (over cooked and hard, put together sloppily, not even edible). Today, I decided to give it another try. And what a joke. When you order a Cheddar Bagel, you expect the cheese to be baked on top of it, and maybe even into the bagel itself. Not a thin slab of hard, burnt cheese sloppily tossed on the side of the bagel in the container. I literally laughed when I saw this. I gave them two stars, because at least they are consistent, even if it is terrible.

Wake Up Call is the place. Nowhere else guys be fr. They just do it right, EVERYTIME.
