This place never disappoints, whether I'm in the mood for a good legumes or my favorite griot complete, it's amazing food.
I love it there, I recommend it to everyone who appreciate good, tasty food, and good customer service.

The griot was extremely salty, and the banan peze tasted like it had been microwaved not freshly fried. It was flat, chewy, and lacked the crisp edges you expect from authentic Haitian cooking. It honestly seemed like a pre-fried version from the morning that was just reheated.
The only thing I liked was the pickled onions they were fresh and added a nice tang. But overall, this meal did not reflect the traditional Haitian way of preparing these dishes. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for an authentic experience. Did not even eat pass two pieces of griot.

I really enjoyed the Griot complete. The rice was so good and the griot was fried perfectly imo. Mind you I'm not Haitian so I couldn't tell you if it taste like it came straight from the island. Regardless it's good food. The price is good and I really respect that didn't try to charge me $4 for a single can soda.

It's usually good, but this time the griot was overcooked & the rice & peas were burnt. Still my store of choice & still would recommend Wally Jean to anyone that asks me what's a good Haitian restaurant.
