Honestly one of my FAVORITE dishes I've ever had. The Braised Short Rib from Johnathan Waxman is SO SO amazingly good. Now, is it already prepared and just heated up? I dunno, and I don't care. Because it's THAT good. Make sure the dark brown sauce is ON IT, because half the time they forget.

there was no goat cheese on the Mushroom & Goat Cheese Bruschetta. Short rib was just fine.
