Disappointing :( Waxman's brilliant Roast Chix w/Salsa Verde - dry and over cooked with only a scant of green sauce, roasted broccolini limp and void of colour - again over cooked. I was so looking forward to a proper roast chix dinner.
Roast pots were tasty.
Kale Salad looks good. Tomorrow's lunch.

Really disappointed with the Crispy Parmesan Potatoes. It's not like the picture or description. No fresh herbs or rosemary oil etc. It's just potatoes dusted with some parmesan but not ever shaved parmesan, it's literally like the Parmesan you shake on.
