My mom can finally have chinese food! She has a gluten allergy and has been missing chinese food, but Wang Palace offers a ton of the menu items as gluten-free options. I, however, am not gluten-free, so this S-2. General Tsou's Chicken is the absolute best I have ever had in my life. It is spicy, which I love. The eggroll both gluten and gluten-free were amazing. 22. Crab Rangoon (6) were absolutely made in-house and stuffed with fresh ingredients. Everything was spectacular. They even wrapped the GF items separately and included GF soy sauce. I found my new go to place for HIGH QUALITY authentic Chinese food.

S-2. General Tsou's Chicken oh my god, I've must of been eating from the wrong place my entire life. Their general Tsou's chicken is so so SO good. They actually cook an entire piece of chicken. My entire life I've been use to general tsou being so dry and chewy, but this one! The best I've ever had! The meat for each portion of chicken is so generous and fresh! Thankfully my partner let me have a couple bites of their food.

Large serving of many large shrimp and varied selection of vegetables. The container was bursting. The owner was so nice. Called me because he realized that what I wanted was the dish to be steamed because I said in the comments "no sauce" and add dumpling sauce on the side. He told me to request the dish to be steamed in the comments in the future. I will gladly.

The S-2 was good. 86. Was okay but too peppery for my taste. 15. was pretty good. 92. the fried rice tasted weird and had a floral taste (like fabreeze?). The bag it came in smelled a bit perfume-y (maybe from the fried rice)... ruined the taste of the fried rice, and I hope they didn't spray the food on purpose. A bit pricey for the quality even though you get a lot of food.

This restaurant never disappoints! Try the homemade egg rolls. They are the best I have ever had. Their General Tsou's chicken (I order it very mild) is perfectly prepared and cooked.
