Fries are 10/10. Perfectly crispy.
The Wa🍔 CheeseSteak is banging. 9/10.
You can tell the cheese melted on top is good quality. Sauce came separate which is nice so it doesn't get soggy.
I always recommend the chicken wrap. So so good. Love this place

You always get a large portion for the price and they write a very sweet message on the box every time. We love the crazy fries!

When I first opened the box I was dissatisfied mainly because of the presentation . However the burger itsself is like a kiss from heaven my only concerns are to change the fries you guys use . Too soggy and its obvious that you guys bought them at redners or something . Other than that it was good

So I'm giving 3 stars only cuz I'm unhappy with one thing
And jus annoying enough to want to say something.
So back when I have first started ordering from there they had their "special instructions" enabled so people can add or customize things to their food items.
I get the egg and bacon cheese burger and I like the egg over easy.
In the past I was able to use the special instructions and let them know how I want my egg.
Then they disabled that so I had to call.. but now you can't even call them the number is disconnected
So no there is no way for me to let them know how I want my food.
So I don't order from them anymore.
I now order the same burger from Denny's it's the way I want it cuz I can communicate with them.
I would love to order Wao Burger again but they need to enable some kind of communication.
Because their food is good I love their frys!!

The Crazy Fries were soooo good with chicken! And the Chopped Cheese was perfect. It was so filling and flavorful. Definitely will be ordering again!
