This is my go to sushi delivery place. The sashimi is alway fresh. The Hamachi Kama is to die for. I am super picky and this is the best sushi in South Everett.

A caveat to start - I'm not raw fish fan. So - Ordered gyoza, tuna roll, deep fried prawn roll, tobicha (sp?) roll pieces. Overall items were fresh and it was ok. Disappointed that the prawn roll had a spicy sauce in it (not shown/described on menu). The fish egg bites had plenty of eggs. They do not have a seared tuna offering, also disappointing. Presentation was nice, gyoza warm, and the ginger and wasabi was well away from everyone else, making it easy to avoid. Reasonalbly priced for the portions. I'd order again if a guest wanted it, but otherwise will go back to my usual sushi place.

We are very impressed with wasabi factory. The sushi was incredible. The presentation and the freshness is amazing. I think we going out new favorite sushi spot.

I ordered the seattle Sushi roll and the Avocado cucumber rolls. The food was good, but the rolls are about half the size of regular sushi rolls. If the restaurant had pictures for size comparison, and better descriptions of what's in each roll, it'd make it a lot easier to get what you actually want. But the food was good, just very small portions.
