We had Chilaquiles one with the egg over easy and the other Sunnyside up. Both were cooked perfectly. The green sauce was excellent, with a nice spice kick. I'm pretty sure they use serranos. The Chilaquiles were cooked perfectly and it was like eating in Mexico. If you never tried them you are missing out. They are Mexican comfort food.
