The pork ribs are amazing. Great flavour, and fall off the bone tender. The brisket sandwich is excellent tender and flavourful. The chicken wings are so good, really like the taste of the applewood smoke. Recommend the coleslaw, but not the potato salad. It wasn't bad, it was just the only item that wasn't as tasty as everything else.

-Small portions, a $20 pulled pork sandwich should be more than a single scoop of pork. (Get a larger scoop for the pork so it actually fits the bun or price it accordingly)
-The gravy is bland and needs to be reduced a bit more.
-The fries are well seasoned
-Smoked Pulled Pork moist and delicious! Just not enough in the sandwich, the bun to meat ratio is way off.

paid 21.99 for a brisket sandwich with a side of coleslaw. there was a very small amount of meat that didn't even cover the whole bun. Meat was tender but bland. Very tiny amount of bbq sauce was add. I have had better. way better. Expected it to be thick and messy like good bbq should be. the sides were good.

The poutine was small for the price of $18. Beef Beef brisket poutine was decent, however was little gravy and cheese. The Pulled pork poutine meat wasn't tasty and had the same issue little gravy And cheese.

The meat was amazing but only 4 pieces of each. the fries were cold and soggy. But still great flavor.
