It's only a four because we init ordered lambchops in which the store called to say they wouldnt have them in the menu for atleast another two hours. They did offer to give me a different item free of charge and refund my money for the lamb chops. The wings were awesome.we loved the Hennessy bbq

This place has so much potential, the food is great when the chi town native chef is cooking- she is super talented. The staff is a bit indifferent, if they aren't familiar with you then you could sit at a table for 30 mins before being greeted. It is almost like being in a members only club and your not a member.. it gets a little awkward when your spending money like everyone else but being singled out and ignored.
On one occasion I was asked to prepay my meal and that felt weird but the chef from chicago was there that day and her food is worth rude service.
I dont go to well seasoned for the vibes, I go for the food depending on whos cooking.
