Couldn't get my drink size changed, fries were cold, and there was so much ice in my drink that I got about 3 sips of tea. Food tasted good though

The cinnamon pull apart was inedible it was so hard and dried out. The Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit had not the first inkling of honey butter on it.

I don't order alot but now I can't eat my food.my sandwich has my allergy on it and I can't enjoy my fries due to the lack of sauce I was charged extra for Dave's Single® French Fries

I ordered the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty®, but I got some kind of soft drink instead. I'm so disappointed!!!
Hamburgers were good, though.

Both of the chili cheese fries I got were disgusting. The fries were way undercooked and not mushy like they were supposed to be. They were cold like they weren't left in the fryer long enough. The dasher was great though! Even thought wendys also forgot our Coca Cola, the dasher went to Burger King to get the missing drink.
