I ordered and paid extra for a caramel cold brew I received a plain one my receipt said no caramel, no sweet cream and no cold foam but I looked at my order and it said I ordered it with all of that so im assuming they are out and just made me a plain cold coffee and sent it. This is now my fourth order in a row that has been wrong.
