Everything arrived perfectly today no errors everything was packed neatly and no spills the food. Taste amazing as always.

They didn't have the grilled chicken and didn't offer a substitute and they forgot my Parmesan cheese and crunch topping and I payed over $26 for it all and it was literally a small container of lettuce

Fries was old and cold, the burgers was small burnt and sloppy made.

ordered large fry... it was only half full. I also ordered a large frosty and did not get it even though I paid for it and was not notified ahead of time that it was out of order. I would have canceled the meal if I would have know that. Also all of the food is cold.

I ordered my food prior to coming and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes from when they told me it would be ready and then told me to park in the mobile spot while three other people somehow got their orders before me when they came after me.
I had to go in and get my food and I overheard an employee say that my order had been waiting this whole time. No one brought it. The fries were somewhat cold and old.
