I was missing a few condiments. Otherwise, excellent. I was able to eat two meals as I ordered without the bun. Great keto option.

The Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag burger was dark and hard, the cheese was also very hard like it had been sitting under a warmer for a while. Very disappointed. The other burger were the same way.

Son of Baconator® was not what I received nor did it have paid for add ons. Patties were as thin as Krystal's.Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo ordered Classic but received Spicy.Chili was mostly water. Fries were actually full size but rock hard.

Order was all messed up. Ordered Apple Pecan Salad with ranch dressing- got pomegranate vinaigrette dressingi instead. Ordered a Taco Salad and received a cobb salad. No sour cream and no chips.
Very disappointed. This Boaz store has the worst record of getting orders wrong.

How can you forget ALL the cheese especially when I ordered EXTRA! You charged me $.60 for literally no kind of cheese. Not Swiss sauce or the extra slice of American cheese I paid for!!!
