Never had any issues. Food is great. Never got a wrong order and service is good!

They did not send ketchup and mayo as requested and checked on the order. Who eats fries without ketchup? One broken piece of bacon on the top layer and three slivers of bacon on the bottom is not really a baconator. I usuall son of a baconator back home, those even have more bacon. $20 is just not worth it. The coke was great. Thanks

Ask for no fries on the salt you taste it nothing but salt. It's a shame because this is the second time we've given them a chance and this will be the last time.

Most recent order was honestly impressively bad, taste wise. If you ever went to a public school and miss the lunch, order from here.
I don't know if they changed the recipe or something, but my most recent order was really disappointing. The bun was that same lovely shade of gray from school, and everything tasted slightly stale. The Brownie Vanilla frosty tasted a bit like chemical cotton candy, for some reason, so I don't think I would recommend that. The cookie wasn't too bad, so at least I didn't completely waste my 35$. Everything else, unfortunately, had to be trashed. All in all, I would not recommend this fast food experience of mine, haha.
