the lady helping me was awesome. I couldn't figure out how to order unsweetened tea. When I went to pick up my order she helped me swap out my drinks.

Asked for a plain burger and got it fully loaded, asked for unsweet tea and got sweet tea and the 6 PC. Spicy Chicken Nuggets I ordered were stale and had no sauce. Called to talk to management and got the run around. Poor customer service.

The food was a little cool by the time it got to me, but everything tasted really good. I was worried the ravens blood swirl was going to taste like cherry medicine but it doesn't. It was very good

kids meals were cold because the milk was in the bag with the burgers, oneof the kids meals wasmissing fries and a frosty.most of our Food was cold, two out of the three burgers either were missing cheese or had ingredients we aasked to have removed.
