The bun was stale & the burgers were dry. The chicken nuggets were over fried & the French fries were soggy. The new frosty was very good, though. We order from Wendy's on occasion & find that this order was notn what we usually receive quality wise.

Most items were warm, made right and good, except the fries, they were too salty. Order came fairly quick too.

Ordered a medium fry, but the box was only filled a third of the way. I also requested ketchup and did not get it.

Added lettuce and mayo on a plain chicken sandwich, sent a strawberry lemonade instead of the strawberry swirl frosty we ordered, forgot things, and everything was barely wrapped and falling out all over.
