the Asiago Ranch Club combo was so yummy. I added the bacon Jam, crispy onions, & creamy cheddar cheese dip. I also love that my order correct & still warm.

I ordered the Strawberry Vanilla Frosty Swirl™ with extra strawberry sauce, but whoever made it put ALL of the sauce at the bottom of the cup. When it arrived, the Frosty was halfway melted and when trying to get at the strawberry sauce it basically all mixed and melted together. I didn't really get a Frosty, by that point it was a melted shake even though I was only partway into mixing in the sauce.
I get some might think that's the price you pay for delivery but most of the time our Frosty's are fine, and I think the main issue was the strawberry sauce was all lumped together in the bottom.
Your customers pay too much money for an employee to act almost passive aggressive about an order, it's like they wanted someone to know they were irritated with a customer just adding more sauce. Maybe put extra sauce on the side?

I got the BOGO Spicy Chicken Sandwich, one was lovely and juicy and fresh. The second was a cremated puck of meat. They should definitely pay closer attention to not send out old, nasty, overcooked food.

My cinnamon cup was dry with hardly any cream cheese sauce after having to pay extra for it and my frosty was 1/2 melted like they were sitting out

I got butter biscuits and potato wedges. The wedges are amazing. But god, these biscuits are garbage. They are so so doughy, to the point where it seemed unsafe. And the small bite I tried tasted like gross old maple syrup
