it took the store almost 2 hours to get the order ready. when they finally got the food out the chili was old and dried out, they forgot my fries, my sour cream, and spoon. instead of 2 Sugar Cookies I got 1 oatmeal cookie. also the  Frosty machine was down.
the entire experience was a disappointment.

Half my order was missing, the soda was flat and had a weird taste, the fries tasted old and the cheesy fries were so greasy they were dripping oil. Very disappointing!

The frosty stayed cold while I ate my food... Wendy's did an outstanding job of making sure that the food and drinks were not tampered with!!!

ordered a large fry and received a small. i also ordered a 6 piece nugget and received a 4 piece. how are you going to charge me extra and give me not what i ordered.
