Baconator Fries came as just plain fries and the Italian Mozzarella Chicken was completely dry with no sauce of any kind. The Baconator was thrown together and barely had any condiments either. The whole meal was subpar or missing things, I'm probably not going to order from them anymore as its not the first time they've forgotten something or just done a terrible job in general.

Fries were old and cold, burger was not fully cooked throughout the middle. Cookies were fresh and warm.

The only thing that was fresh was the chicken sandwich. The fries were old and cold. The nuggets were re-fried, and one of the patties on the baconator was one from a previous burger (the cheese was melted to the meat but not the bread) They make door dashers look bad simply bc people think it's the delivery persons fault that they received cold food. I followed my dasher from the time he arrived at the store to the time he pulled up. You can tell the difference between old food and cold food. Mine was clearly old.

The food was cold. One of the drinks was missing and the other drink had no ice at all. Also the carton of fries was half empty. It was really fast getting here so I feel like it was definitely the restaurant's fault, not the driver's.
