The fries were cooked perfectly and fresh, even after being delivered. AND THE NUGGETS WERE ACTUALLY CRISPY!!! 10/10

My Pretzel Baconator® bun was burned and hard as a rock I had requested and paid for 2 extra slices of asiago cheese I got 1 and the American cheese was omitted if I am pay extra I expect extra not treated like a substitution. The preparation was sloppy at best and the couple slivers of onion were disappointing at best. I recieved 8 chicken nuggets out of 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets there is no option for 2 of the same sauce so in order to complete the order you have to get 2 different sauces. Now on to my Baconator® I requested onion once again a disappointing situation as it was left out the meat was very over cooked and crunchy very sad to say horrible would be a praise for this burger.
If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Where has quality gone in food. Definitely not quality food at an affordable price as I had to order better food from someplace else for less money more food but a longer wait. a waist of $ 45

our food was crushed and the burgers were not prepped as outlined in the order again. If your not going to follow what to and not to put on why have the nm option.
the food was so greasy my buns were soggy with grease. My baked potato was hard as a rock and not fully cooked again not to mention they forgot the butter again.

Krabby patty was a single cheeseburger with thousand island dressing. Didn't come with a special wrap or anything so that was disappointing. The pineapple mango frosty was perfect, no notes, 10/10 would get again.
