second time I ordered the Cinnabon pull parts where I did not get the extra icing I PAID for. burgers have arrived burnt and dry. sometime i get a fork, other times, like today, I guess I have to eat it like a dog out of the bowl. at least the fries are consistent! not sure if I will order again unless they refund the $2.50 for the items I did not get

There was no chicken in it. It was the smallest thinness burnt piece that wasn't even edible. I don't know if it just got processed really bad or what but I've never had a chicken sandwich that you couldn't even bite through.

I didn't receive all items for the Taco Salad and the salad was old and mushy. Also, salad only filled 1/3 of the container.

Had a big order my son has hard fries was missing chicken nuggets gave us the wrong drinks.The cheese sauce was in a huge container with little to no cheese in it so horrible
