Food ( fries , single burger and a double stack ) were all stone cold. They put the order in the bag with even folding the bg over so all the heat gets out. The burger patties were shriveled and burned . Very disappointing for 25$
Folding the bag over before placing the sticker should be standard practice

La comida estuvo muy ñeee no tenían buen sabor la carne no estaba muy fresca y estaba como dura y las papas se notaban que no estaban frescas aunque si eran bastante y no no volvería a ordenar.

Ordered 4 large fries at over $5 a piece. They arrived barely half full. All in all, probably had the same amount of fries as 3 smalls if they were full. The fries were also cold. The burgers and chicken arrived warm. They could have cooked more fries while they were waiting for the burgers and chicken to finish cooking. Just ridiculous!

Very disappointed. 2 of the buns were hard as a rock. Couldn't chew it. Burned meat. And the chicken Crispy Chicken Sandwich was missing.

Usually this store serves hot and fresh items. But this order was unusually bad. The double burger was not fresh and the chili tasted burnt like it had been there cooking all day.
