Steven was positive. He had a smile on his face and he said hi. My food was fresh and made right. Which makes me wonder if Wendys is under new Management.

no sauce for nuggets included, had to substitute frosty for a coke because the machine is broken, no straw, double stack burger is slider size, and they didn't start making it till the dasher showed up to pick it up, very poor service and quality

The sandwich was wrong again yet still quite good. It's a shame I'll have to stop ordering it so as not to pay for a more expensive item I don't receive.

The chocolate frostyccino needs more frosty added. It quickly becomes bitter after the first few sips. According to the app Wendy's has declined special instructions and there's no option in the order to pay for extra. I would even accept buying a small frosty to mix in myself but it's not an option on the breakfast menu.

well, the food was cold, the fries were fried too long and hard, the sauce that was ordered wasn't put in the order, and the large biggie bag didn't have the correct burger, it was in one of the med bags
