the fries are cold and hard, the nuggets are burnt and my burger is flatter than a mcdonald's mcdouble. i also didn't receive my drink.. bad overall.

Every time I order from Wendy's, there is always an issue. Whether it's quality issues or the time it takes to receive our food. Someone should also teach employees how to package food. There is always cold items packed with hot items.

Fries were cold, buns were stale. No drink with the Dave's Combo, and wrong sandwich in place of the Pretzel Baconator® we ordered. Usually the food is decent enough, but this store does have a habit of messing up orders.
