Everything was fresh and hot! I had to wait a little longer than usual but it was worth it. The grilled chicken wrap and baked potato were so good.

Missing items, sometimes nuggets and fries are cold and hard not fresh, left under the light too long and just serve them as is,not enough sauce for nuggets no ketchup for fries,my sprite good like ginger ale. They use to be on point. I case they short staffed,and it's a rush job on mobile online orders. Needs improvement.

Didn't put any of the chicken nuggets for the biggie bags and the fries were old and only gave me 6 of the 10 piece I ordered. Will not order from here again

Sprite was carbonated water! My Triple Berry Frosty® was melted, burger and fries tasted horrible like they had been sitting! Double Stack™ dry and cold

Old fries and the chicken sandwich is a lot smaller than it used to be, but still as expensive.
