Always messes up orders. Forgot cheese for a Dave's single when I asked for EXTRA cheese. Lazy workers.

My food was not fresh. The fries were cold and the Chocolate Chunk Cookie was burnt and crispy. I received Diet Coke instead of regular coke.

They never remember the sour cream for baked potato and there is no way to make notes or add extra sour cream. I ordered an extra potato just to get 2 sour creams and they didn' give any. I called and left my number just to tell them it happens every time, no sour cream (again) and they never called back. Plymouth location, Rockford.
