they knew before they sent it out. they knew the fries were burnt and old, they know the cheese was just sitting on the burger instead of melted, they knew a frosty was forgotten, but our Dasher went back to get it. we got no sauce. overall bad experience.

Frosty wasn't with the order. Dasher made two stops before bringing my food which resulted in it being cold and stale. Chicken nuggets were horrible and way overcooked.

I love that everytime I order the Girl Scout Thin Mints® CHOCOLATE Frosty Fusion® I somehow always get a Girl Scout Girl Scout Thin Mints® VANILLA Frosty Fusion®. Also I paid for express delivery and it was 10-15 minutes late. So that's cool.
