the Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger looked and tasted great. However, the forgot the Chili sauce and onions I added to my Chili order. Plus, the Chili was bitter. weird right? I did receive my large French Fries but they were cold and soggy. Beware the Cinnabon® Pull-Apart too. Like rubber squares with sugar sauce. it's obvious the only thing prepared 'fresh' was the burger. So, the burger and packaging of the food was good.

chicken sandwich was hard and tough to chew. fries tasted like they were under a warmer and were rubbery. none of it tasted fresh.

I ordered a large fry and they only filled it halfway. Burger was thrown together and when I opened it, the bun and condiments were halfway off the burger.
