Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie™ sandwich was NOT in the bag. it was a dried up plain hamburger which in fact is nothing like a chicken BLT. no sour cream on the Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato. one would expect sour cream since it's the first word in the product title.

Horrible custom service at the restaurant . I went to check the order and they questioned me and said "I packed it myself it's all there" it wasn't. Missing half the order

they forgot one of our four drinks, they forgot the bacon on 3 out of 3 bacon biggie stacks. the fries are dried out and gross. the quality at this location has steadily gone downhill, and when you wait forever for your order you at least expect fresh fries. and now I will not be ordering from there again.

who was old and cold paper was greased up stained this was not a fresh order at all please don't waste your money
