Save for one time, all my orders have been perfect. Burgers are always fresh, Frostees are never melted and Fries aren't all over the bag.

I must say for a late night order I've been accustomed to the going back and forth process with customer service over either missing items wrong items etc so to have an order come from a place that I thought was was closed at this time but ends up being open just as late as the other guys I screw up all the time AKA McDonald's, it was a breath of fresh air to receive a order with everything in it including down to the napkins and plastic cutlery.
One thing I do have to point out is when it comes to the chili do not order the shredded cheese on top because unless you plan on reheating it in the microwave it just sits there on top just like a sheet of ice or something and it just gets scooped out & thrown away. I paid the extra $1.26 for extra frosting and I barely got a drizzle on top... so for nearly seven dollars... you get not even really cinnamon flavored bread and a drizzle of frosting? Definitely not worth the price

Vada vez envían las ordenes incompletas, SIEMPRE FALTAN INGREDIENTES ADICIONALES QUE UNO AGREGA (¡¡¡PAGANDO!!! POR ELLOS Y SE LOS AGREGAN A LAS ORDENES.
Es dinero y tiempo que uno pierde!
NO VUELVO ORDENAR EN SU TIENDA... NO ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE PASA.
Hoy también la comida llegó fría y los nuggets quemados.
Pésimo servicio porque no es una vez... YA SON MUCHAS!.
