Ok so I order from Wendy's all the time and I can say there service record is above average. I have never seen a Grilled Chicken Wrap look more of a mess to eat or hold than the one I got today. I've had one previously and I don't recall it being this large that it couldn't fold. I may have a larger size wrap than normal. I will say the taste should be on point but the wrap is crumbling in my hand so I can't hold it to eat what's inside. I'll figure it out but I had to take a pic and write something after seeing what was under the wrapper. I'm not sure my pic does it justice. I only deducted 1 point for the flimsy wrap since everything else was on point!

Ordered a Baked potato but did not find out they had none at 1:15 pm and other items were ordered. Really? Their specialty banana Frosty tasted like a plain vanilla. The chocolate cookie dough was good but smaller than the large frostys I usually buy. The chicken sandwich was good. Maybe just a bad day. Usually food is good and they were are go-to store. May have to rethink.

I ordered breakfast because I had to get ready for work and was running late. Delivery was only supposed to be 15 to 20 minutes. It was almost a hour. My poor dasher was sitting there waiting when he or she could have been picking up more deliveries. When we got the food, the Seasoned Potatoes were cold and the chicken in my Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant was so overcooked parts of it were rock hard.

The Wendy's on college park road is my regular to-go place especially for cravings. My barbecue sauce was forgotten and the bag was a little damp when received that could be either the restaurants or the dashers fault. My fries weren't fresh at all which is unusual for this location. They were clumped together and stuck. I expect better from this location as a regular.

They always forget the chilli weather picked up in person or delivery. It's very clear
